At California Dreamin’ Expressive Arts Therapy, I work with Headway so clients can easily verify benefits, schedule sessions, and manage insurance directly through a secure system. I am not a salesperson and I do not pressure anyone to book. If after meeting we are not a good clinical fit, I will cancel the appointment and will not bill your insurance.

How Scheduling Works
All appointments are scheduled directly through Headway. This ensures accurate insurance verification, transparent copays, and clean documentation from the beginning. You will see available times, confirm your plan, and receive all session links and reminders through their system.
If something does not feel right after our first meeting, I will cancel future appointments and your insurance will not be charged.
Expanding Access Through Our Nonprofit
California Dreamin’ Expressive Arts Therapy is a registered nonprofit with its own NPI. In addition to private practice services, we are actively credentialing with:
• Medicare
• Medi-Cal
• CARE Court
• County and community mental health programs
We are also developing art therapy services, relief counselors, and peer support roles to expand access beyond traditional therapy models.
