We specialize in supporting people navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic stress, relationship challenges, grief, burnout, and identity transitions. Our expressive arts therapy approach integrates drawing, sand tray, movement, storytelling, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing to help clients regulate their nervous systems and process experiences that are difficult to express with words alone.
